About Kathy
Trainer
With a background in software development, Kathy Berkidge is a project professional with over 30 years of experience delivering projects, business solutions and process improvements in multiple technical and non-technical roles including project manager, agile coach, business analyst, iteration manager and team lead.
She is an energetic and enthusiastic APMG, ICAgile and SCRUM accredited trainer with over 10 years of experience delivering training programs. Kathy loves facilitating and coaching and enjoys creating enjoyable, practical, and informative learning experiences.
Known for her warmth, engaging style, energy, and enthusiasm, Kathy is passionate about seeing people, teams and organisations succeed and thrive in an environment of collaboration and cooperation.
Kathy has worked in a variety of industries including telecommunications, utilities, banking, education, retail, as well as Australian state and federal government departments. Some of the organisations she has worked with include the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Griffiths University, South Australia Water, South East Water, iTelecom Wholesale, Netspace, M2, People’s Choice Credit Union, ANZ, NAB, Telstra, Emersion, Veda, Department of Human Services, Department of Home Affairs and the ATO.
Kathy is a seasoned leader, business analyst and agile coach, with extensive experience in both agile and waterfall frameworks. She is a passionate public speaker and presents at many business conferences all over the world.
