Svitlana has extensive professional experience in business administration and management of volunteers, members and teams from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. She loves dedicating her professional efforts towards sustainable and meaningful projects. In her previous role, she and her team empowered more than 500 people from CALD background through employability skills, digital literacy and soft skills training. Her learner-centric approach and high cultural sensitivity resulted in high customer satisfaction and high retention rates.
In her free time, Svitlana consults start-ups, small businesses and not-for-profit organisations to fill gaps in business administration, improve digital literacy, teamwork and collaboration. Svitlana believes that education is the most powerful element in building peaceful and economically sustainable societies.
She is highly organised, self-motivated and have experienced in all aspects of training and assessing, including:
Identifying learner needs, selecting appropriate delivery methods and learning materials, contextualising existing materials and developing new learning materials.
Conducting individual and group training (face-to-face and online) of both work skills and theoretical nature.
Assessing the competency of learners and providing feedback and support.
Assessing the success of training performance.
Her educational background includes Diploma of Business Administration and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a bachelor’s degree from the Aerospace Academy (Ukraine).
Svitlana is a Mental Health First Aider and cares for the wellbeing of her students.
