Michael is an evidence based Human Resources Consultant with over 38 years’ experience.
He studied Economics at the University of Queensland and holds a Post Graduate Diploma of Research Methodology from the University of Notre Dame.
He has consulted to Blue Chip clients in Industry and Commerce throughout Australia and South East Asia .
He was awarded finalist status by The Australian institute of Training and Development (AITD) Training Excellence Awards in the category of ‘Organisational Learning Effectiveness” for the design, development and presentation of the “NEW STARTERS ORIENTATION PROGRAMME” in the mining industry.
He has presented a number of public programs for The Australia Institute of Management namely ‘Train the Trainer’ , ’ Managing the Training Function’, ‘Fundamental Selling Skills’ and ‘No Frills Negotiating Skills’.
Michael, who is recognised as Australia’s longest serving HR Consultant is also recognised as a thought leader in the field of workplace culture and has successful track record of developing a positive workplace culture following a corporate takeover or the change of management
