About Michelle

Michelle is a lifelong learner who intimately understands the process of learning and adult learning principles as well as what each person needs to enable them to flourish and function optimally.

She possesses a unique ability to work alongside people of varied ages and cultural backgrounds and can seamlessly enable them to achieve their goals.

She is a current JD Law student at UNSW, who earned her PhD in the field of positive psychology in education at the Institute of Positive Psychology and Education (IPPE), Australian Catholic University (ACU). 

She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, good humour, presence and authenticity to the courses she facilitates. 

Her expertise has been honed through working with hundreds of organisations and thousands of individuals across education and public service jurisdictions around the country. 

She is an author, an international conference presenter, and has worked in executive positions in leading New South Wales Independent schools. 

She has been a consultant for Teacher Training Australia (TTA), the Association of Independent Schools NSW (AISNSW) and is a Faculty Member at Academy Global. 

Her work has involved international travel and consultancies in Singapore and interstate.

Michelle also has valuable experience as an executive coach, independent consultant and life coach.
