Service Description

This 3 day training course will take a trainer to a whole new level. The skills and techniques covered will bring increased planning, excitement, and engagement to your training sessions. Techniques that engage your students and get them actively involved in learning, simply because you make it interesting and cover the learning in an informative and structured way. In this course you will go from good to great. Lunch is provided during the course. A Certificate of Completion is awarded on successful completion.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or variations to course bookings must be received in writing. A minimum of 7 working days’ notice is required for a course cancellation to result in a full refund. OR Transfer to a new date. Less than 7 working days: Full cost of the course will be charged. And Illuminate Coaching & Training may offer a new date. Less than 3 working days Full cost will be charged and no offer of transfer to a new date.
