Service Description

Without the best Communication skills you will be struggling to build confidence. This 2 day training workshop is to help participants understand the impact that communication styles have on other people. how improving these skills can make it easier for them to get along in the workplace, and in life. In the modern workplace we are working in a multicultural workplace where each day, each moment, the culture of a person is different. To be effective you need to develop your skills and understanding in how to work and be successful with a range of people. Lunch is provided during the course. A Certificate of Completion is awarded on successful completion.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or variations to course bookings must be received in writing. A minimum of 7 working days’ notice is required for a course cancellation to result in a full refund. OR Transfer to a new date. Less than 7 working days: Full cost of the course will be charged. And Illuminate Coaching & Training may offer a new date. Less than 3 working days Full cost will be charged and no offer of transfer to a new date.
