HR for the Non-HR Manager (SYD)

Service Description

Human Resources is now a skill set that all front line managers NEED IN their role. Most managers and supervisors are expected to deal with some human resource issues, whether that be developing job descriptions, taking part in interviews, or taking responsibility for discipline. We will walk you through the hiring process, from performing a skills inventory to conducting the interview; discuss orientation; and cover some issues that arise after the hiring (such as diversity issues, compensation, and discipline). In todays workplace, Team leaders, Supervisors, Managers & Leaders are all expected to perform tasks and be responsible for duties that in the past were common to HR. This 3 day course equips you for understanding HR practices and being able to manage this complicated area. Lunch is provided during the course. A Certificate of Completion is awarded on successful completion.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or variations to course bookings must be received in writing. A minimum of 7 working days’ notice is required for a course cancellation to result in a full refund. OR Transfer to a new date. Less than 7 working days: Full cost of the course will be charged. And Illuminate Coaching & Training may offer a new date. Less than 3 working days Full cost will be charged and no offer of transfer to a new date.
