Service Description

If you and the people who work with you do not understand where the company is going, they may all develop their own priorities and prevent you from getting where you need to be. Part of getting everyone on board is creating a strategic plan complete with the organisation’s values, vision, and mission. Then, there is the challenge of bringing these principles to life in a meaningful way that people can relate to. This 2 day course will help you describe what you want to do and get people where you want to go. Lunch is provided during the course. A Certificate of Completion is awarded on successful completion.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or variations to course bookings must be received in writing. A minimum of 7 working days’ notice is required for a course cancellation to result in a full refund. OR Transfer to a new date. Less than 7 working days: Full cost of the course will be charged. And Illuminate Coaching & Training may offer a new date. Less than 3 working days Full cost will be charged and no offer of transfer to a new date.
