A HR/Development Leader, Behaviourist and Engager. Shane has 14 years in teaching, assessing and brand management. Experienced in leadership, management, behaviourism, communication, workplace psychology and presentation skills.

Shane has consulted to clients such as GE Capital, ING, ANZ, TNT, Virgin Mobile, Stryker, Telcoinabox, Connect Hearing, Surf Life Saving Australia, Servcorp, Acer, 3M, Schindler Lifts, Fuji Xerox, Radio Rentals, Telstra, Kone, Pepsico, Optus, Shufflemaster and local councils such as Liverpool, Marrickville and Bundaberg. 


His management expertise stems from leadership roles including Supervisor, Team Leader and Customer and Communications Manager. 


He is a fully accredited SDI Facilitator and can effortlessly create customised training workshops. Shane also has in-depth experience and knowledge in ISP’s, Telcos and digital communications sector with a strong focus on IT, and marketing/social engagement.
